Small room - 280eu - in a very nice flat

From the 8th of October we offer for rent a small but cozy room in a very nice flat, in a very nice part of Barcelona. 
The price is 280 eu plus bills. 
The important thing is that in the nearest future I can't "register" you in the flat (empadronamiento).
