Self Empolyed Native English Teacher to take over a school

Fantastic opportunity to take over a Creative English School in Vila Olímpica, Barcelona, with 2 years of age.
*Suitable for English native, self-employed, experienced, creative, committed and enthusiastic teacher*
There are 3 options:
1) Buy the business for 4500€. This gives you the brand, website, access to the clients, access to the space (the business is currently located within a music school). Pay 550€/month for one classroom where you can fit up to 10 students, using the premises from Monday to Friday from 16h to 21:30h - this includes receptionist, all expenses covered (electricity, water, air conditioning and heating, cleaning, wifi, telephone, etc) and all licencies needed updated and legal. Here you will be operating as a separate and independent entity.
2) Buy the business for 4500€. This gives you the brand, website, access to the clients, access to the space (the business is currently located within a music school). In this option you will be collaborating giving 25% of your takings a month with the music school, you can use the premises from Monday to Friday from 16h to 21:30h (starting with one classroom, with the option to expand) - this includes receptionist (providing a service for both schools), all expenses covered (electricity, water, air conditioning and heating, cleaning, wifi, telephone, etc), all licencies needed updated and legal, and administration dealing with the clients accounting every month.
3) A straight percentage deal with the music school WITHOUT the 4500€ start-up cost. In this option you will also be self employed but working on a 60/40% deal with the music school (you take home 60%). With this deal you receive the same as above but the main difference here is that the music school will also deal with the all the day to day management of the the english school including scheduling and families.

I have been working on this project for two years and can really only say positive things about it, I am only moving on for the purposes of career change.
In comparison to other teaching positions you can earn very good money and there is great potential for the business to expand.
The position will suit someone creative, fun & dynamic. The key focus of learning is through immersion via activity - no books! Everything is geared to having fun whilst speaking English.
