MERIT SCHOOL TEACHING VACANCY

Merit School is one of Barcelona’s largest language academies with several centres in and around Barcelona. We are also one of the largest providers of Cambridge Exams in Catalunya, organising YLE (Starters, Movers, Flyers) and Main Suite (Key, Preliminary, First, Advanced, Proficiency) exams in schools across the region. With more than forty years of experience, Merit School is the ideal company for teachers looking to further their professional development.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic teacher for our extraescolar project. We are looking to cover the following classes for primary aged students:

•	Tuesdays / Thursdays 1250-1350: Clot area
•	Mondays / Wednesdays 1715-1815: Badalona

You will be fully supported by our dedicated Young Learners department and will be provided with all the materials and ideas needed to deliver successful classes. 

We are open to taking on any teachers with a minimum C1 level of English who possess the following:- 

•	University Degree
•	Relevant teaching qualification; CELTA, Trinity TESOL
•	Spanish working papers – DNI / NIE and Social Security are essential
•	Relevant classroom experience
•	Good level of Spanish / Catalan

If you also possess a PGCE, CAP or Master of Education, you will also be paid a monthly supplement.
