YOGA CLASSES

Hello-

My name is Alison. I'm a yoga instructor from USA. I live in the center of Barcelona.

Yoga was meant to be shared 1:1. It is a very personal experience, and I am offering a chance to help you reconnect to your body based on your personal needs. I provide yoga classes taught in english at your home.The type of yoga I offer is Hatha or Yin. The classes are normally 1 hour and 15 minutes. The price of the class is 15 euros, but can be negotiated if you have financial constraints. If interested, send me an email to discuss availability.

*You must be able to provide your own mat and you must have enough space for us to practice effectively.
