Customer Innovation Manager (remote)
This is a full-time remote position or based out of our Helsinki office.

Are you solution driven, highly organized, ambitious and passionate about helping brands succeed on social media and beyond? Do you have experience in running projects, a proactive attitude and thrive in a fast-moving environment? Do you have a background in owning or running the day to day operations of a startup? Then you may be our new Customer Innovation Manager! We are looking for a new member to join our Customer Success Team to deeply understand our clients and their needs and to develop our business further to offer more value to both our existing customers and future customers. This position is a great opportunity to get creative and build something from scratch!

In this role you will:
Conduct market research to see what is being offered for the pain point in question and see how we can approach the challenge in an innovative way.
Work with CSM and Growth teams to develop new innovative solutions to solve our current and future customers' pain points.
Develop all solution related material, from description, pricing, go-to-market strategy and practical procedures so we can quickly test out new ideas in the market.
Independently manage and build processes and projects, managing your time and resources in an efficient manner.
