SINGLE ROOM IN EL BORN

Single bedroom with wardrobe, bed, night table. You’ll also have a study area/office with window and foldable table.There is no window in the room, there is a big window in the study/office. Available in a quiet 3 bedrooms flat with a lot of windows and sunlight coming through.
The room is suitable for 1 person, friendly, kind, positive, smiling. If you are "tidy" and "responsible", "respectful", you know how to share and live in peace and harmony with other people without conflicts and loving and value the cleaning rota, then you are welcome.
3 people are going to be sharing the apartment.
There is an inverted osmosis for tap filtered water.
Just 1 min away from Jaume I tube station, few minutes to the la estacion de Francia, el parc de la Ciutadella and the sea side Barceloneta, super central. 5 min walk from Las Ramblas, Urquinaona and 10 min from plaza Catalunya. In the area there is a big supermarket(Aldi), and an organic supermarket open on sundays too(Veritas), plus also Santa Caterina Market.
Bills included. Just in case the water&gas go over 100€ a month(they normally don't), in that case we split the excess by 3 people. For example: if one month goes over 100€ and it is 110€, the 10€ excess is splitted by 3 people.
Wifi and gas for cooking included.
