English teacher requiered to start sept. 13th
Challenge Acadèmia d'idiomes is a small but mighty language school based in Vilafranca del Penedès (Capital del vi). We believe that learning a new language can change the lives of our students and so we work hard to equip them with the knowledge they'll need to do well in school, get a new job or even move abroad.
We're looking for a new addition to our team with a native or near-native level of English to passionately teach kids and teens mainly (adults would be a plus) with us during the new 2021-2022 school year.
We are looking for someone who:
- is enthusiastic, organized and a natural leader
- has a native (or near-native level) of English (C2).
- Fluency in Spanish or Catalan (b1-B2 level).
- has a degree in education, TEFL/CELTA/TESOL certificate or equivalent.
- has 2 years mínimum of teaching experience.
- has experience preparing for Cambridge exams (up to CPE would be a BIG plus)
- has the right to live and work in Spain // NIE/TIE.
- is available to start September 6th (training period), September 20th (classes) and will be available for the entire school year June 10th,
- Possibility to work in July doing intensive courses.
- is available to work from Monday to Friday middays and afternoons till 21.30, and Saturday mornings.
- Willingness to live locally is preferable.
