If you could go back in time, what moment would you go to? Do you believe in aliens? Is a hotdog a sandwich? These are just some of the questions I may ask you before our lesson begins. The more I know about you, the better I can prepare for your class. That’s from knowing about your motivations and aspirations to knowing what animal you would like to communicate with. Before becoming a teacher, I worked in community development and youth work, and I have retained many of the methods and techniques of working with people, such as I believe in a person-centred approach, you are the focus, not myself. I believe in creating positive relationships with students and I am committed.
