Map Ad Sales Representative

Foodie travel maps is a publishing company looking for sales persons in Barcelona to help find advertisers for printed tourist maps. Paid fix fee per client plus ongoing commission every time a customer renews an ad. Must be amenable to speak English and Spanish and currently resides in Barcelona.
Job Description
Being that Barcelona is mostly a public transport/walk destination, you may choose from different locations as they are all rich in advertisers for each map.
Target locations would be:
a) Gothic, 
b) Raval 
c) El Born
d) Sagrada Família and nearby areas. 
 
Your responsibilities:
contact, visit and get free advertisers to signup for 1st trial map
contact and visit potential advertisers and close contracts for paid map (2nd edition onwards)
interface with advertisers so they fill out form, send map ad info and photos etc. so we can design, verify and print maps
help organize travel related events for potential advertisers
send daily report during "client capture periods"
send weekly report during "after printing" periods

Sales Remuneration
EU 15 per free advertiser on 1st edition map
EU 8 per "in waiting list" advertiser for 2nd edition map (up to 2 per category)
20% commission on paid ads for 2nd edition (aka the 1st paid edition)
15% commission on paid ads for 3rd and 5th edition
10% commission on paid ads for 6th edition onwards
10% Commission for replacement advertisers for each category (in case on advertiser doesn't renew, you can invite another from the waiting list as replacement)
 
Job Requirements
Must be able to speak both Spanish and English at a conversational level.
Currently residing within the vicinity of Barcelona
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience in sales with be an advantage but not required.
