Be Reliable: We need tour guides who are always on time, stick to schedules, and keep our participants safe throughout the tour. Responsibility is key!
Sell, Sell, Sell!: As a guide, you'll be the ultimate salesperson, promoting and selling our amazing pub crawl to guests staying at the hotel where we operate. You've got to have those persuasive skills and present our services in the most enticing way possible.
Party Animal Alert: We love to have a blast, and we want team members who share our love for all things party! If you're into nightlife, thrive in festive atmospheres, and can spread that energy to our pub crawl participants, you're our perfect match!
Multilingual Magic: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. If you speak other languages, that's even better and will give you an extra advantage.
Social Media Superstar: We need someone who can handle social media like a pro, posting awesome photos and videos. Basic photography skills and the ability to capture those special moments will definitely give you bonus points.
You'll be working in a hotel with 440 beds, and we have a fantastic partnership with them. Your main responsibility will be organizing pub crawl activities for the guests, including drinking games and ensuring they leave glowing reviews for both the hostel and the pub crawl.
