ESL teacher -young learners - TERRASSA

Busy language academy in the centre of Terrassa is currently hiring ESL teachers for the 2024/2025 school year.
We are a locally owned and operated academy offering language lessons to all ages and levels including kids, teens, adults, businesses and extraescolares in local schools.
Our main methodology is based around speaking and using the language in the real world but we also specialise in Cambridge and other exams with many Cambridge examiners in our team.
We are recruiting for the 2024/2025 school year and are especially interested in candidates with young learner experience, from 4-11 years old.  
The successful candidate would work mainly, but not entirely, with young learners so would need general ESL teaching experience as in order to fill schedules other classes would need to be given.  This post would entail working with small groups and 1-1’s in our comfortable academy and online using Zoom or Google Meet, in local schools during lunchtimes and also teaching small groups in private homes in the vicinity. 
We would initially be looking at 20 hours per week but this could rise due to client demand.  This is a contract position so all paperwork (NIT/TIE, Social security) would need to be in place or able to be completed before starting.  We offer a monthly salary based on the convenio according to hours worked, a full contract with all social security contributions, holiday pay and finiquito.  Access to resources including subscription services to help with planning, AI services to aid both students and teachers and comprehensive support from a dedicated management team.  Hours are generally between 13:45 and 21:30 Mon to Fri and blocked as much as possible to avoid downtime.  Prep time is also included (horas no lectivas).
Start date would be the beginning of September 2024 but with a possibility of working some hours in June/July 2024 if available.
Candidates should be native or near native with a demonstrable C2 qualification.
