Head of studies

We are looking to fill a head of studies position in Poblenou, Barcelona. 
Some of the skills needed are for:
Level test to put in levels and change levels
-Knowing kids leves putting them in groups
-Knowing group levels and helping teachers with levels
-helping solve difficult cases of class placement
-creating lesson plans
-Planning subbing
-training staff
-dealing with problematic children
-hiring staff
-running school extracurricular 
-execute yearly testing 
-executing yearly reports
-extra activities: Halloween etc…
-staff meetings
-plan summer classes/campa
