Gross hourly rates
 -Freelance (Autónomos): 21€/h 
 -With contract: 16€/h 

Available working hours
The bulk of our teaching hours occur Mondays through Thursdays, typically at Spanish lunchtime (between 13.00 and 15.00h) and mornings (between 8.00 and 10.00h). However, other days and times may become available.

THE RIGHT FIT

How to know if you’ll be a right fit to collaborate with us? 

•	You have a proven track record teaching Business/Professional/Corporate English, in-company, ESP.
•	You are willing to adapt your classes to fit the needs of your students across a range of business sectors. E.g. HR, marketing, law, logistics, IT, finance, etc.
•	You enjoy teaching adults at all levels, from beginner to advanced.
•	You are tech-savvy (in most cases, can troubleshoot tech glitches).
•	You are a proficient user of Microsoft 365 Suite, used to working with MS Teams, Outlook Calendar, MS Forms and OneDrive.
•	You work from a computer capable of running the latest version of MS Teams program.
•	There are no interruptions or noise in your home office, and it has a professional-looking background.
•	Your internet connection is reliable (High-speed Broadband).
•	You always have immediate access to an alternative internet connection to teach online, even if your main internet service fails (such as data tethering or public Wi-Fi).
•	You have a decent quality (external/laptop) camera.
•	You have excellent writing skills.

Additional information
•	Familiarity with Fundae (formerly Tripartita) policies and procedures would be an advantage.
•	Business experience outside teaching, although not strictly required, would also be highly valued.
•	Candidates must have Spanish Social Security number, Spanish ID number/NIE, and a valid work permit.
