???? Role Description

We are looking for a part-time, on-site English Second Language Teacher (freelance/autónomo en RETA) to join our team in Vallirana.

The teacher will:
???? Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for children, teenagers, and adults.
???? Prepare students for official exams (Cambridge, IELTS, etc.).
???? Use our communicative methodology, focused on speaking and practical skills.
???? Create a positive, motivating and international classroom environment.
???? Develop/adapt teaching materials and assess student progress.

? Schedule

12 teaching hours per week (mainly afternoons), expandable depending on availability and new groups.
???? Group classes with reduced numbers of students.

???? Qualifications

- Skills in ESL/EFL teaching and lesson planning.
- Experience developing teaching materials.
- Knowledge of Cambridge/IELTS exam preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills ????.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or related field preferred.
- CELTA/DELTA, TESOL or TEFL certification is a plus.
- High level of English (C1-C2) or native speaker.
- Previous teaching experience with different age groups ?????????.
- Must be registered as autónomo/a (RETA) and able to issue invoices.


???? Conditions

Freelance contract (facturación como profesional autónomo/a).
Rate: 19–22 € per teaching hour (negotiable depending on experience and exam preparation).
Classes are exempt from VAT (art. 20.Uno.9º/10º LIVA).
IRPF retention: 15% (7% if new autónomo/a).
???? Possible extra hours and growth within the academy.
