English for very young learners - TERRASSA

About the Role
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and creative English teacher to join our new academy initiative, working with very young learners aged 2–4 years old. This role focuses on helping children develop early English skills through play-based learning in a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on learning through play

Create fun activities that support language development, social skills, and confidence

Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere

Monitor children’s progress and communicate with the academy team and families when needed

Ensure children’s wellbeing and respond appropriately in emergency situations

Requirements

Proven experience teaching English to very young learners (ages 2–4 preferred)

Strong understanding of play-based learning methodologies

Patient, warm, and enthusiastic personality

Ability to communicate in Catalan (required for safety and emergency situations)

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
