Head teacher Barcelona Start Sept

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated teacher ready to take the next step for professional growth. 

You will combine teaching with supporting the teachers and management. 

FunTalk is an innovative education centre offering engaging and practical learning experiences, for children and teenagers, plus some Exam preparation, adult, and business classes. We focus on creativity, skill-building, and meaningful learning through combining classes with creative workshops and projects. 

You will help: 
Mentor and support a small teaching team
Improve and maintain teaching quality through coaching and collaboration
 Develop and improve creative, project-based learning programmes
 Help improve engaging holiday camp experiences

Requirements
TEFL / CELTA qualification essential. 
Background in education - Minimum 2 years teaching experience
Experience working with children and teenagers
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Creative, practical approach to learning
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience and an interest in curriculum creation for creative projects and workshops

Desirable
Teacher training or mentoring experience
Curriculum or project-based learning experience
Holiday camp experience
DELTA certificate
Ideal for someone who:
Has 2+ years teaching experience
Is ready to combine teaching with developing.  
Enjoys both teaching and curriculum design and innovation
20-25 hours per week during the academic year. Option of 40 hours per week during Easter (or Christmas) & Summer camps
