OnlyLens is an e-Commerce company founded in 2009. We offer a catalog of over 25.000 sunglasses from the best and exclusive brands.
We offer
Full time position in our shop located in Barcelona.
Monday-Friday: 9h-14h and 16h-20h (may vary according to the situation and needs of the candidate).
Main tasks
Take incoming customer communications (via telephone, email, online chat, skype) and solve users' demands.
Manage and process daily orders notifying suppliers and follow internal order processes.
Solve potential issues with customers and escalate incidences.
Skill abilities
Native level of English.
Very good communication skills.
Good disposition to work in a customer service environment. Logical approach to problem solving.
Customer care skills ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs.
Basic knowledge of software applications (MS Word, MS Excel) and Internet tools.
High level of any other language is a plus.
SALARY
Depends on experience and knowledge of languages.
