I am an English speaking Personal Trainer from the United States and train clients 1:1 or in small group settings. I specialize in fat loss as well as recovery after an injury (with medical clearance).
I also offer consultations as well, to get you guided on the right path! 

 Additionally I offer group classes all designed  for different fitness modalities first one is just 5€.

FLOOR BARRE- No shoes, laying down for most of it, it is a dream class. strength building exercises you would see at a ballet barre, and takes them down, down down to the floor.
