Appartment for free in exchange of english lessons

I offer appartment for free in Chamberi, with 1 bedroom, in exchange for english lessons for 2 boys aged 12 and 11. Lessons will be from monday to friday, except wednesdays, from 5 to 8 pm. The teacher will pick the boys from the bus stop at 5 and 6:30. He or she will arrange activities at home so that the boys interact in English with the teacher. Also, there will be 2 hours of formal lesson (grammar, vocabulary, reading...) every week. Candidates must mandatorily be native english speakers.
