UCETAM: Fun, Experienced Primary/Infantil Assistant

UCETAM is looking for a fun, experienced Native English Language Assistant with experience teaching English to Primary and Preschool students. The English Language Assistant should be comfortable teaching 3yr-olds to 11yr-olds English and Science. Typically, class size is between 25 to 27 students. The position will start at the end of February. The English Language Assistant should be passionate about teaching/feel comfortable leading and planning 17 hours of classes per week. The ELA should be able to help design fun, dynamic English classes. Most importantly the English Language Assistant knows how to connect/relate positively with young learners.

The scholarship position is 18-hours for 900€ net scholarship stipend (free public healthcare and free lunches). The permanent class schedule is ONLY 4 days a week: Mondays (9:30-16:00), Tuesdays (9:30-16:00), Wednesdays (9:30-17:00), Thursdays (9:30-17:00) and Fridays there are NO classes. It is great if you live close to the Cercanías Stop Parla and from Parla a quick 30-min bus ride (BUS VAC023/ VAC152/BUS 402/ BUS 463) that drops you off in front of the school. 

Requirements: 
(1) Be a NATIVE English Speaker and HAVE a Degree from University/College
(2) IMPORTANT MUST HAVE EITHER (3) a European passport with a Spanish N.I.E./T.I.E. or (2) Non-Europeans must have the Spanish T.I.E./N.I.E. card that will not expire until after the 14th of June 2019 or Student T.I.E./N.I.E. through a Program that does not expire until after the 14th of June 2019 or have the actual document (Resguardo- receive your TIE/NIE card within 45 days)
(3) Proof of no criminal record by obtaining a Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual. Also proof of no criminal record from your native country.
