YOGA HIKE SATURDAY 16TH MARCH 2019

Join us tomorrow, Saturday 16th March 2019 for a mindful and relaxing hike through the woods, plus a full outdoor yoga practice within nature. The walking part of the practice is intended to get us quiet and grounded, while the yoga practice will help us to dive a little deeper into self-reflection. Beginners welcome!
