Compliance and Quality Control Officer

Selectra is looking for a native-level English-speaking Sales Quality Controller.

We need a meticulous perfectionist to be able to keep our energy sales operations in order by monitoring call center activity and feeding back to salespeople on certain aspects of their sales process. As a comparison service, we are regulated by OFGEM in the UK. As such we need to adhere to their compliance guidelines.

This position will also include feeding back to our suppliers and liaising with partners in order to meet their specific requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to see the behind the scenes of a sales operation and integrate into the functionality of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and want to build their career with us here at Selectra in Madrid.
