English teacher looking to share with 1

Hello.

I have been in Madrid for 7 years and work as an English teacher. I have a lot of experience sharing flats so I know how everything Works.
I am only looking to share with 1 person max. I am very clean, responsible and prof. Non-smoking.
I dont want to live with a smoker, big drinker or someone who does not keep the flat clean. I like a flat to be a relaxing home. I dont want to share a party flat
