Room for rent 5 minutes away from Eugenia de Montijo metro, Line 5. Shared with a girl. It is a 3 bedroom flat, light and very spacious. You can choose between a single (400€ bills included) or a double room(450€ bills included). 
Also, good opportunity to learn Spanish because my friend knows a little bit of English.
