Year-round English Teachers Unconventional Adult Academy

We are looking to fill year-round teaching positions in a few different centers throughout Madrid (all Zone A). Most of the shifts are in the evenings from 4:30-9:30 M-F and every third Saturday morning. All classes are planned and an hour of prep time is included within your working hours. 
The company is cool, dynamic and different- we have our own method, and we want our teachers to be able to express their own personalities, confidence and creativity within the classes. Basically we do grammar classes and “fun” classes which facilitate conversation and range from debate clubs to beer classes at a bar to special parties and events. Our academy culture promotes a social atmosphere and sense of community and family amongst the staff and students. 
Having a TEFL/CELTA is preferred but not mandatory, nor is having any prior teaching experience.
Overall, it’s a positive, bad*** place to work. We do require that you have residency/full working rights so you can work on a contract with social security (no student visas- sorry!)
