Looking for a Spanish speaker to help grow language academy

We are looking for a Spanish speaker to help us ring companies within Europe to offer online English classes and also in-house classes to companies in Madrid. 

Work will be commission based to begin with (terms to be discussed)
and then as business and responsibilities grow or increase a contract will be offered.
