Looking for English Nanny. Place: Alcobendas

I´m looking for an English Nanny to play with my 3 kids and help me with them. I will be at home too. The time from 18.40 to 20.40 from Monday to Thursday during this school year. I live in Alcodendas 
The person must be dynamic and like the children. My budget is 323 euros per month
