LOOKING FOR ENGLISH CONVERSATION ASSISTANTS

(you must be a native-sounding English speaker)

Location: ARAJUEZ (40 min. to an hour by public transportation from Madrid Center)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: 1354-1500€ monthly. School holidays are paid, except Summer Break.
Type of Contract: Paid Internship (Becas/Prácticas remuneradas)
Dates: Start October 21, 2019 End of contract: June 23, 2020.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Hold a current passport, N.I.E. and card and Spanish Social Security number.

- Be a Native English speaker

- Be positive, proactive, dynamic, hard-working and a team player

- Must have an open availability Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm

- Be punctual and professional

- Be able to work on your own and with others

- Have confidence and the ability to be able to adapt to new situations quickly

It is RECOMMENDED that program applicants have:

Degree in education or bilingual education

CELTA / CELT, Cert. TESOL TRINITY or similar preferred for this position.

Cambridge Exam experience

Prior classroom teaching experience in Spain and/or other countries

Previous experience teaching English to elementary and high school students

Knowledge of the Spanish language (will help in daily activities).Important: applicants must live in Madrid and attend to the interview in person. All suitable qualified applicants will receive a reply.
