1 Month rental

I am renting my flat from December 10 until January 10th. It is in the Palacio area (La Latina/ Puerta de Toledo) in a modern building with lovely finishes. It’s fully furnished. It is spacious with a lovely view. 
 
All bills included: internet, water , gas, electricity and weekly cleaning - 1.240 euros. 

I am looking for someone who is a professor, here on business, doing a masters program etc. responsible neat as I live in a quiet building with neighbors who have babies and things. I love to party but unfortunately this is not a party house.
