King´s Training Academic Coordinator-full time
We are looking for an Academic Coordinator to work full time in our facilities in Nuevos Ministerios.

Key Responsibilities
?	Assist the Director of Studies and work closely with the Customer Care Manager and the Sales Team to ensure we are meeting our clients’ current and future needs.
?	Be ready to cover classes, deliver specialist workshops, carry out level tests and needs analyses, etc.  This can involve travel and overnight stays in and out of Spain.
?	Assist in organising and coordinating client programmes, including informing and liaising with teachers, data entry and checking, course timeline management and attendant paperwork.
?	Contribute to the development of English teaching and communication skills materials.  This will include specialist business English areas. 
?	Help with teacher timetable planning.
?	Develop working relationships with a large teaching staff and maintain frequent communication with them.
?	Order and stock course materials and other school supplies as needed.
?	Organise and maintain the physical spaces, facilities and equipment of King’s Training.
?	Contribute to production of materials for marketing purposes: blog posts and articles, etc.

Requirements
?	Native or bilingual level English and C1 level Spanish.
?	3-5 years of teaching experience (with an excellent track record and references) mainly with adults, in-company, Cambridge exams and specific professional training (ESP, workshops etc.)
?	CELTA, DELTA or similar teaching certificate.
?	At least one year’s experience working in an office environment.
?	Independent user of Office.
?	To start January 2020.
