Room for rent in Madrid

Hello! 
I have nice room for short/long term stay in Madrid well conected to center by bus and subway. Only 5 stops to Príncipe Pío. (line 6) Buses to Atocha, Cibeles, etc. Carpetana is the nearest stop and its only 2 minutes walk. Supermarkets, gym, banks, restaurants in the area. 
I'm 32 year old, very easy-going native Spanish speaker gay guy looking to share a flat preferibly with a girl. I have a small dog but very educated and never bothers. Two bedroom flat, completely furnished. The room I'm renting has a 90cms bed, a like desk, a closet and also a storage room. I use WhatsApp. The room will be available next week (12th December). 320 euros monthly (bills not included). One month deposit.
