Single Room for RENT, ONLY for January

Hola, I am 38yrs old and looking for a clean, bright and peaceful room in an house with only 2-3girls maximum , for a month from 1st -31st January and my budget is 450 (All inclusive of Bills) and NO agency Fees. 
Areas that I am looking at are Salamanca, Retiro, Malasana or centro.
 I have no problems with pets :)
