In English: 
ROOM:  in a 4-bedroom apartment. Cozy room, with full bed. Large closet and desk with lamp and overhead lighting. It's an interior bedroom, but gets ample light during the day.

WHEN: Available to move in August 1st. The housing contract normally goes until the end of February. 

LOCATION: The apartment is located right next to Plaza Mayor, Calle de Zaragoza 4, on the 4th floor (no lift). Closest metro is Sol, with lines 1, 2, and 3 plus the cercanías. Ample buses around, and line 5 not too far away (Opéra, Callao, La Latina). 

BATHROOM: The bathroom is shared with 2 other flatmates. 

PRICE: 490 + 70 (gastos) euros / month = 560 euros/month total. To be paid by the 5th of each month. 

KITCHEN: is fully equipped with an exterior balcony. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher and lots of storage cupboards. Full-sized fridge with freezer.

CLEANING: gastos cost includes a cleaning woman who comes every other week.
