Room for rent in Legazpi

Hi! A room in my piso will be available in Legazpi starting September 1st. I’m looking to live with another woman, I’ll be the only other roommate, the apartment gets lots of natural light and has a little terraza in the living room, a dishwasher, gas natural heating, and lots of storage space throughout. It’s a 3 minute walk from the metro, and around the corner from the Matadero/Madrid Río and a handful of supermarkets, fruterías, pharmacies, panaderías, and restaurants. It’s near about 10 buses that’ll get you to La Latina, Chueca, Atocha, Tirso etc. It’s 375 + gastos, 1-month fianza, and it’s a year-long contract.

I’ll be going into my 5th year in this apartment and I never wanna leave it so I hope to find someone that loves it as much as I do! Looking for a non-smoker, ideally 25ish+ (I’m 28), actively antiracist, that’s considerate, (very!) clean, easygoing, and okay with a balance of socializing + giving each other our space. I am bi so lgbt friendly is a MUST and if you’re queer too, yay!
