Hi there! My friend and I are looking to rent out a single room at our place that will be available starting December 1st. We live in a nice, spacious apartment on Calle Hermosilla, near Manuel Becerra. We are on the fifth floor and there is an elevator/lift in the building.

The room itself is very bright and has a large wardrobe, whilst the apartment has a good-sized dining area and living room. We will be 3 in total in the apartment. The rent would be €370 a month plus bills (around €50).

¡Hola! Mi amigo y yo estamos buscando compañero/a de piso para una habitación individual en nuestra casa que estará disponible a partir del 1 de diciembre. Vivimos en un bonito y espacioso apartamento en la calle Hermosilla, cerca de Manuel Becerra. Estamos en el quinto piso y hay un ascensor en el edificio.

La habitación es muy luminosa y tiene un gran armario, mientras que el apartamento tiene un comedor y una sala de estar de buen tamaño. Seremos tres en total en el apartamento. El alquiler sería 370€ al mes más gastos (sobre 50€ al mes).
