Customer Experience Specialist (Native German Speaker)
Sulake is an Azerion company. A European, tech-based, media- and entertainment firm. Currently, we run several successful casual games portals and Apps such as Spele,nl, Zigiz.com, Funnygames.nl, Gembly.com, Stratego, Voiduu, Governor of Poker, Hotel Hideaway, Habbo and Smeet. We operate on the international market and we are expanding rapidly.
We are looking for a native German CX Specialist (with other languages as an advantage) to join our Customer Experience team in Madrid for Plinga and Smeet. We are seeking a solution minded person who loves to help people!
Main Responsibility Areas & Key Tasks:
- Handling player generated abuse reports and help queries.
- Replying to customer service tickets.
- Creating and executing content as games, competitions, stories and marketing & advertisement campaigns.
- Localization and communication tasks.
- Dynamizing and creating an appropriate atmosphere in Sulake online communities.
- Assisting the Heads of Customer Experience with countries KPIs analysis.
- Game bugs reporting.
Key Competencies:
* German native speaker with excellent communication skills (including grammar, spelling, syntax, typing, etc.).
* Fluent in English and in another language is a big plus.
* Customer service experience.
* Direct experience with community-based Internet products/online games is a definite plus.
* Confident and outgoing personality.
* Team player.
* Computer and Internet literate.

Working on rotating shifts
Salary range: 18.000€ - 24.000€ Gross/Year
