Language exchange face to face or online

Hi guys.

I´m looking for people close to my age to practice my English and help with Spanish. I had an upper intermediate level but I´ve lost practice. I´d like to practice once a week at least, online or in Alcalá de Henares. I am free Tuesdays and Fridays after 18.00 and weekends anytime. Let me know if you are interested :)
