Language exchange face to face or online

I´m Laura and I´m looking for people close to my age to practice my English and help with Spanish. I already practice from time to time but, the more I practice, the better I improve. I prefer to meet in Alcalá de Henares or near. I can talk on Zoom, Skype...as well! Ideally, once a week to keep a routine.
