Academy hiring for full and part-time positions - 21€/hr

We are currently looking for someone to join our academy is south-east Madrid (Morata de Tajuña). The academy is 30 minutes by bus from Conde de Casal – please bear this in mind if you choose to apply for the position. Classes will begin on 4th October and continue until the end of June 2022.

We are entering our third year and due to expansion, we need a native teacher to join us on Mondays and Wednesdays. Whilst we need to confirm the timetable, we expect to offer classes between 15:00 and 21:00. There is a strong possibility that the successful applicant will be asked to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from November in our site in Tielmes, offering an additional 5 to 8 hours per week.

The classes on offer are varied, from 3 years old to adults, so the successful applicant must be comfortable teaching very young learners. With our teenagers and adults, we focus on Cambridge exams, so experience of teaching these qualifications is essential. We pride ourselves on our relationship with parents and students, and expect the successful applicant to be enthusiastic, friendly, and able to motivate learners.

Regarding the salary and conditions, we offer 21€ per hour (gross) which equates to approximately 19,20€ net per hour or 770€ per month for ten hours per week. All public holidays are paid, with two weeks for Christmas and a week at Easter. We also pay a finiquito upon contract completion.
