I am Sara - a 34 year old girl, professional, used to living in an international environment. The house is located in Pozuelo, 12min walk to ESIC or 15min walk to local schools (Liceo Sorolla, Kensington…). The atmosphere in the house is very calmed and relaxed.

The house has a lot of light and a magnificent garden with a barbecue, as well as a porch.

The two bedrooms in the house are on the top floor, which has air conditioning. The room for rent is south-east facing, so it has lots of light and beautiful sunrises and is equipped with a bookcase, wardrobe, work / study table and bed.

It has a large bathroom with large windows upstairs and a small bathroom with a shower downstairs, so you will have access to your own one.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, fridge, microwave) and has very good ventilation with a large window. The living room is spacious, bright and cosy.

Finally, in another closed area there is a mini-music room.

The rent is €500/month, bills not included.
