Experience

I’ve been teaching ESL English in Spain since Autumn of 2016. During that time, I’ve worked for several schools and various online platforms. At VIPkid, an online ESL company, I’ve taught 4,500 classes and met nearly 2,000 students. At Cambly, an English conversation platform, I’ve logged over 16,000 minutes of conversation, spoken with over 252 students and had 769 chats.

 I’ve taught in a private international school called El Dragon in Torrelodones, Spain where I was responsible for developing curriculums for all the students in each level. In Moralzarzal, Spain, I presented art theory and concepts in English to students who were attending a bilingual school. In Leganes, Spain, I taught middle aged students all the way up to adults. I presented lessons that were age appropriate such as food in the US, politics in the US, and/or getting jobs and healthcare in the US.  

With Native Learn academy, I taught in various schools all over Madrid in after-school programs where we spoke nearly 100% in English and played lots of fun, educational games in addition to working with the Jolly Phonics books.

Qualifications 
 
 I have two 4 year university bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts and Spanish and am a certified ESL teacher through my TEFL certification. My certification has 130 hours along with a 20 hour practicum. Additionally, I earned a 12 hour certificate that allowed me to specialize in young learners. Book me on the scheduling/contacts page so that we can begin learning together!
