Telesales and Sales Support Agent BRITISH

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Telesales and Sales Support Agent to join our Sales team in Madrid, selling to the British expat market in Spain. Must be British. Spanish and other languages is a bonus.

•	Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities
•	Initiating sales with potential customers over the telephone.
•	Supporting the closing of online sales leads over the telephone.
•	Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
•	Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
•	Answering customers' questions on the products.
•	Meeting sales quotas.
