We are looking for a German speaker to join one of our Clients in Spain.

What does a Seller Partner Support associate do?

Helping Sellers Reach their best potential!

The SPS Associate is an advocate for the perfect Seller interaction. By serving as the first resolution point for Sellers & Vendors diagnosing technical, operational, system and process issues and propose solutions that will remove barriers to enable resolutions for our Selling Partners. As a subject matter expert in several platforms and specialties, SPS Associates will educate Sellers & Vendors on processes, tools, and standards in real-time.

Fluency in German Language and English communication is essential.

Native/highly fluent German + strong English (C1)

Remote working position (employees should reside anywhere in Spain)

Private health insurance included

Relocation package: 1500€ paid together with the first salary

Candidates traveling from abroad to Spain must apply for the NIE (Spanish document for foreign residents). The client can help guide the candidate through this process.

25 days off/year + public holidays
