Teacher for conversation classes

Good morning! I hope you're all well. 
 I'm looking for an outgoing, talkative, native English (or half native) teacher to work with me in my academy on just Thursdays and Fridays from 4pm-8pm.   

The academy is in El Molar, in the north of Madrid, near San Agustín del Guadalix.

The job? Playing board games, doing arts & crafts, talking, playing and having fun and making sure that the kids actually enjoy the English language. There's no book to follow, there is no intensive grammar and there are no homework sessions.  It's just fun and games, with groups of up to 5 kids maximum, with a variety of ages from 4-16 years old.

Two of those hours are the leisure time on Fridays, which is playing video-games with the kids that come in to play in their free time.  I'm not saying the job is always easy, but it's pretty fun! 

I'm looking for someone who likes kids, loves teaching and is interested in my method of teaching.  Someone with a cheery personality.  The personality is way more important to me than your experience.  This job would start in October, so please contact me asap.
