Room in the Lucero/Aluche area in a three-bedroom flat. Close to line 6 and Cercanías (C5). Rent is 300 euros plus ~60 euros for utilities (Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas). 
Currently we are two mid-twenties people in the flat. We are fully bilingual so you'll be able to communicate in English with no problems at all. 3rd floor with lift.
