What duties and responsibilities will you have as a Headhunter?
- Headhunting and recruiting of senior and international candidates for the role of mentor and learning facilitators (LinkedIn Recruiter, database and referrals)
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Feedback to candidates
- Coordination of meetings between the candidates and the area manager
- Follow-up of the performance of the collaborators
- Quantitative and qualitative reporting of interviews and candidates

What type of skills and requirements are we looking for?
- Native English
- Advanced Spanish
- University education (bachelor's degree)
- At least 3 years experience in headhunting and recruiting of senior candidates and C-level profiles
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Office (word, excel, powerpoint), CRM and database
