looking for Roomate ASAP for Feb 1st

Hello! My friend and I (both girls 26 from US and Ireland) are looking for a third roommate for an apartment in Arapiles. Relatively large, bright, and well connected. 2 bathrooms. Total price between 1500-1600, not including utilities. 3 months need to be paid up front - agency fee, fianza, and first month rent. They need ID and contract to be sent. 1 year contract but you can leave after 6 months if you alert landlord/agency one month before.
