Customer experience and sales coordinator
LAE Madrid- a leading Spanish language academy in Madrid is looking for a sales and customer experience  professional who:
-	is passionate about customer service
-	is ambitious, goal-oriented and proactive
-	loves the educational language sector and more specifically, the Spanish language
-	wants to be a part of an international environment

Main responsibilities:
-	Handle sales enquiries for our Spanish courses via email / live chat / walk-in / telephone.
-	Respond to interested students (No cold sales).
-	Quickly identify client needs and provide clear, timely and informative responses to client,converting leads into firm sales.
-	Manage multiple leads at the same time, through many channels.
-	Track, and report on all sales activities and results.
-	Work within a team to ensure that marketing and sales goals are met.

Hours and schedules:
-	Full time, 39 hours per week
-	Schedule, Monday-Thursday (8.30-17.30), Friday (10.00-18.00) – one hour lunch included each day. 
-	Some Saturday work required to cover holidays in exchange for a day off during the week
-	Work on some bank holidays in the year – in return for an extra day holiday.

You offer:
-	Required: Work permit to live and work in Spain (no student visas)
-	Required: Native-like level of English 
-	Required: Excellent level of Spanish B2—C1.
-	Required: Bachelor’s degree.
-	Required: Min. 2 years of Sales Experience preferably within Education/Travel Sector.
