ESL TEACHER RIGHTS

Tired of being used and underpaid without any rights here in Spain.  As an ESL teacher for over 20 years in Madrid, Spain I have witnessed the abuse and unfair working conditions.  We need to take a stand against this shady practice.  We endure countless  abusive behaviour such as insufficient pay for groups, not being paid for cancellations, not being paid for legal holidays, not having vacation pay, not having a stable salary, tavel expenses not paid. Need help to give us visibilty and achieve stable pay with benefits.  Reach out to me and let's get organized for us and the future.   Without ESL teachers the academies will go out of business.  So they ought to take care of our business and livelihoods.
