Account´s Receivable analyst (Fluent in french and english)
From ADECCO we are looking for an Account´s Receivable analyst profile for one of our clients in the technology sector in Madrid.
The Accounts Receivable team is responsible for maximizing cash flow to the company through the timely collection of invoices and administration of the accounts.
As part of the role, you would be required to perform the below activities for Accounts Reveivable Analyst for the assigned country:
Take ownership and accountability of collection, aged debt, unallocated cash, and dispute targets.
Dispute identification and tracking.
Pre-legal identification of bad debt cases.
Regular follow up and documentation of all cases using the appropriate tool and forecasting when cash will arrive to the company.
Pro-actively build internal relationships with the appropriate brand and sector contacts.
Ensure the timely allocation of payments for the territory assigned
Take ownership of cash issues and react with a sense of urgency, coordinate resolution across the organization and regularly communicate status to the involved parties.
Actively work with collection teams on improving processes & communication workflow. Seek for continuous better AR results.
Focus on building client relationship (internal and external), including direct telephone contact. Take ownership of Customer issues and react with a sense of urgency.
Help drive client loyalty by making the company easy to do business with.
Skills Required:
Fluent in French and English, any other languages are a plus
Proven administrative and customer service skills
Self-organizing and autonomous
Ability to quickly adapt to change, and open minded to new knowledge and activities
Client satisfaction oriented
Good communication skills, both verbally and written
Good team player and collaborative
Strong problem-solving skills

Our office is located close to the Canillejas area. We have a canteen with microwaves and there are coffee corners on each floor. We have an agile way of working and have different groups of volunteers who, on top of their daily jobs, work on all kinds of initiatives to maintain our good work atmosphere. And to stay healthy we have weekly fruit, a football table, and yoga and Pilates classes
The official schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with 1 hour a day for lunch, but there is some flexibility per team as to check-in and check-out time.
